If breeder please list your site or provide details. Thank you(required) What gender and color(s) are your interested in?(required) Do you agree that your reservation fee is non-refundable but is transferable up to 2 years?(required) For pet homes: Do you agree to spay or neuter your dog no later than 12 months of age? This would be included in our sales/health contract.(required) Are you interested in one of our onsite training programs? We do have a online program that is offered as well. Please see link in the main menu.(required) Do you plan to place your reservation fee today?(required) Any questions you may have for me?(required) We will reach out to via email or phone listed on your puppy application and you have 72 hours to get back to us! If you do not respond we will move onto the next family assuming you are not interested in the litter offered. If you have committed to a litter and decide to back-out; it must be done before puppies are 4 weeks of age in order to transfer to a future litter; otherwise your reservation fee is non-refundable. Your reservation fee will be held for 2 years. After the 2 years we will assume your are no longer interested in getting a puppy. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to working with you.
